The "C-10 "ORIGINAL RESCUE AIR CUTTING GUN SET" is designed to drive pins and rapidly cut heavy metal including quarter-inch (1/4”) mild steel plate, three-quarter inch (3/4”) mild steel bolts, automobile safety door lock bolts, vehicle-door posts, automobile roofs,  seat brackets in vehicles and aircraft, fiberglass, carbon fiber, aluminum, metal buildings, metal roofing, sheet metal ducts, wood, stone, masonry and concrete in a matter of seconds. The C-10 AIR CUTTING GUN has the highest operating pressure combined with the fastest piston and the lowest air consumption of any air hammer chisel in the industry to provide exceptional cutting performance. To save time and prevent errors, the specially designed American-made provide a constant airflow rate of

C.F.M., operating from any air cylinder equipped with a C.G.A. valve and a pressure range from 400 PSI to 5,500 P SI without any adjustment or tools. This heavy-duty high-pressure regulator has a safety relief valve, meeting or exceeding both OSHA 1910.169 and ASME 1968 safety standards. The regulator's gauge is protected by a shock-absorbing rubber guard, and the exclusive hand-tight nut provides rapid attachment of the regulator to the air cylinder without the need for easily lost wrenches or other tools.

The C-10 rescue air cutting gun is equipped with an eighteen-inch long, ISO 18752 Performance Standard, highly flexible, high-strength steel braid 3000 PSI working pressure whip hose at the base of the handle. This creates an exceptionally cut-resistant hose with great flexibility, eliminating the access problems and movement restrictions created by air fittings at the base of the air gun handle.

The highly flexible 15-foot air supply hose has a braided internal core, rubber outer covering, crimped end fittings, and quick couplers designed for the air hammer chisel's 300 p.s.i. Operating pressure.

The supplied .401 shank, turn-type chisels are designed to allow the operator to quickly and easily change cutting direction by turning the chisel rather than requiring the turning of the gun or stopping to index the chisel-like some fixed chisel manufacturers require. The high-strength alloy steel chisels included with this set provide rapid forcible entry into vehicles, aircraft, metal buildings, fire doors, security grates, garage doors, machinery, ventilation and exhaust ducts, masonry, stone, concrete, fiberglass, and wood while retaining their cutting edge. Special-purpose chisels are available for breaching concrete, masonry, brick, and block walls, busting through spot welds, and cutting and scraping.

Our patent-pending quick change, screw-on, turn-type safety chisel retainers are designed to provide the safety and security of positive chisel retention, not available with spring-type chisel retainers, combined with the ability to turn the chisel for easier and quicker cutting. Our swift change chisel retainers allow for one-handed chisel operation. The quick change chisel retainers have a knurled nonslip surface, allowing the operator to screw the retainer and chisel onto the air-cutting gun in seconds while wearing gloves for rapid chisel changes without tools.
